Return shipping. Free Returns is an optional $1.98 add-on you choose at checkout. With it, the return label is free for every return within 30 days, whatever you choose. Without it, you can still return anything eligible: the label is $7.95, taken out of your refund or store credit, or paid by link for an exchange.
- Arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item? The label is always free. Email a photo to care@ironsteelthreads.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Final sale, can't be returned: Last Call and sale items, socks, boxer briefs and gift cards.
- Original shipping and duty charges aren't refunded.
We look over every return when it arrives and make the final call on anything outside this policy. Contact us with any issues and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

What condition does it need to be in?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery. That is our 30 day happiness guarantee.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Start at returns.ironsteelthreads.com with your order number and the email or ZIP code on the order. No account needed.

What does Free Returns cover?
Free Returns is an optional $1.98 add-on you choose at checkout. It makes the return label free for every return within 30 days of delivery, for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Without it, the label is $7.95. If an item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong one, the label is free either way.
How do exchanges work?
Swap for another size or color of the same item, or for a different apparel item that's in stock. Same price, nothing to pay. If it costs more, we email you a payment link for the difference and ship once it's paid. If it costs less, the difference goes to your store credit. Exchanges usually ship within 3 to 5 business days after we process your return.
When do I get my refund or credit?
After your return arrives and we look it over. Refunds go back to your original payment, including the tax you paid on the item, and most show within 10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit goes on your Iron+Steel account and comes off at checkout when you sign in with the same email.
Is there anything you cannot take back?
Last Call and sale items, socks, boxer briefs and gift cards are final sale, with no returns or exchanges. The return page shows which items on your order are final sale.
Returning from Canada?
We can't send a prepaid label outside the US. Email care@ironsteelthreads.com with your order number and we'll set up your return. Ship it back with the carrier of your choice, using a service with tracking, and send us the tracking number. Return shipping, duties and taxes are yours to cover, and we can't process a return we don't receive.
