We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags).

Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Underwear/boxers are not returnable.

• Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable.
• If you purchased redo with your return they will cover your return label cost, if not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the return portal.
  
  

Defective items: such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues MUST be reported to us (care@ironsteelthreads.com) with a picture of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered.

Please note that, for items returned to us, we reserve the right to have the final decision on refunds or exchanges. We encourage our customers to contact us with any issues, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
