What is Shipping Protection?
When you add Iron+Steel Shipping Protection to your order, your gear is covered against loss or theft while it’s on its way to you. From our door to the shipping address you entered at checkout, your package is protected.

When does protection start and end?

• Coverage starts the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

• Coverage ends once the carrier marks your package as delivered.

Shipping Protection officially ends when:

• Your package is delivered to the address you entered at checkout.

• You file a claim for a missing or stolen order, and that claim is approved or denied.

What about returns?
If you return your order after it’s been delivered, the cost of Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

Lost or stolen package?
If your gear doesn’t make it to you, you can file a claim. Our team will guide you through the process to get your order resolved.
